Job summary

The Biltmore Estate is seeking a part-time Bistro Server to support guest dining experiences in a Reserve role. This position offers up to 20 hours per week with shifts spanning 9am to 12am and weekend availability.

Responsibilities include coordinating table service, presenting wine, calculating bills, and ensuring guests receive gracious, timely service in line with Biltmore standards. Prior fine dining experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma.
• At least six (6) months of serving experience in a fine dining/upscale setting.
• Commitment to delivering world class guest service and anticipating guest needs.
• Excellent guest relations and communications skills; warm, sincere hospitality.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Professional appearance required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate entire table service and communicate with front and back of house.
• Present, open, and pour wine; total bills and process payments.
• Maintain knowledge of the full menu and beverages; upsell as appropriate.
• Adhere to Biltmore service standards and uphold sanitation and safety practices.
