Job summary

Biltmore is seeking a part-time Server to coordinate table service and deliver world-class hospitality in our dining venues. The role requires strong guest relations, a sharp eye for detail, and the ability to work closely with front and back of house teams to exceed guest expectations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma is required.
• At least 6 months of serving experience in a fine dining/upscale setting.
• Strong guest relations and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Professional appearance and demeanor per Biltmore standards.

Responsibilities

• Process guest orders to ensure timely preparation.
• Present, open, and pour wine when serving guests.
• Observe diners to ensure satisfaction and respond to requests.
• Total bills and accept payment or refer guests to supervisors.
• Maintain knowledge of the menu and beverages.
• Ensure uniform and cleanliness of tables and surroundings.
• Work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Operate the POS system per guidelines.
