Job summary

Biltmore Estate is seeking a Server to provide world‑class dining service in a fine dining environment. You will coordinate table service, communicate with front and back of house teams, and uphold Biltmore standards while delivering warm, gracious hospitality to guests.

The role requires lifting up to 50 pounds, standing for long periods, and working flexible shifts including weekends. Prior serving experience is preferred; applicants must be 18+.

Qualifications

• High school diploma is required.
• 0.5–1 year of serving or related restaurant experience preferred.
• Strong guest relation and communication skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Process guest orders to ensure timely preparation.
• Present, open, and pour wine when serving guests.
• Observe diners to ensure satisfaction and respond to requests.
• Total bills and process payments; assist supervisors as needed.
• Maintain thorough knowledge of menu and beverages; upsell when appropriate.
• Operate the POS system following guidelines; ensure cleanliness and readiness of tables.
