Job summary

Biltmore Workforce Management is seeking a Server to provide world-class dining service in a fine dining setting. You will coordinate table service, greet guests warmly, and ensure timely, accurate order delivery.

The role emphasizes wine service, menu knowledge, upselling, and maintaining impeccable hospitality standards. Availability for 3pm–11pm shifts, including nights and weekends, is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• At least 6 months in fine dining/upscale restaurant experience.
• Strong guest relations and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and work nights, weekends, holidays.

Responsibilities

• Process guest orders to ensure timely preparation and service.
• Present, open, and pour wine for guests.
• Observe diners to ensure satisfaction and respond to requests.
• Total bills and process payments; direct guests to supervisors as needed.
• Maintain knowledge of full menu and beverages; upsell where appropriate.
• Operate POS system per guidelines and maintain clean work area.
