Job summary

Fix Group Management in the United States is seeking a Service Advisor for our busy auto repair shop. You will greet customers, collect vehicle details, explain repairs and costs, and coordinate with technicians to ensure timely service.

You will document vehicle conditions, present quotes, update customers regularly, and manage repair orders and invoicing. The role requires strong English, basic computer skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a focus on customer

Qualifications

• 3+ years' experience as a Service Advisor or related role.
• Ability to work amid distractions and complete tasks on time.
• Strong Windows computer skills including basic typing and office software.
• Fluent English communication, both spoken and written.
• Basic math skills using a calculator.
• Physical ability to enter/exit vehicles and drive with passengers.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and gather check-in details (VIN, mileage, concerns).
• Walk around vehicles, document condition with photos and notes.
• Explain repairs, quotes, and costs to customers.
• Coordinate with technicians and parts manager to meet timelines.
• Update customers on repair progress and completion times.
• Create repair orders and invoices upon pickup.
• Assist with extended warranties and claims.
• Maintain RO status on the work board (Tekmetric).
