Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of Service Advisor experience is required.
• CDK, Xtime, and TSD Experience Preferred.
• Product Knowledge required.
• Attention to Detail essential.
• Interpersonal Communication Skills essential.
• Basic Computer Skills required.
• Strong Desire to Provide an Exceptional Client Experience.
• Must Have a Valid Driver’s License.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers in a timely, friendly manner and obtain pertinent vehicle information.
• Actively promote and build rapport with the customer.
• Advise customers on care and maintenance per manufacturers’ specifications.
• Generate and provide complete and accurate repair estimates.
• Establish and communicate repair completion times with customers and technicians.
• Answer incoming service calls.
• Maintain and schedule service appointments.
• Follow post-follow-up procedures to drive return visits and CSI.
