A primary focus is explaining repairs, presenting quotes, and building value for recommended services. The incumbent will manage check-in data, walkarounds, and repair notes while maintaining communication with customers to provide accurate timelines and updates.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as a Service Advisor or similar role.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with distractions.
• Proficient in Windows and common office software.
• Fluent English communication, both written and verbal.
• Basic math skills using a calculator.
• Physical ability to enter/exit vehicles and drive with passengers.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and collect check-in details (VIN, mileage, concerns).
• Walk around vehicles, document condition with photos and notes.
• Explain repairs and costs; justify recommendations with notes.
• Sell repairs while maintaining metrics (AOR, gross profit, labor rate).
• Communicate with technicians, manager, and parts staff to meet timelines.
• Update customers on progress and provide timely estimates.
