Glowbar Inc. on New York's Upper East Side seeks a Studio Guide to be the heartbeat of the Glowbar experience. You’ll own the front desk, greet clients, drive membership and package sales, and help schedule appointments with a focus on exceptional service.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of hospitality experience and/or sales experience with proven client service and meeting/exceeding sales goals.
• Genuine passion for people, hospitality, and creating memorable experiences.
• Confidence in sales conversations and willingness to work on commission targets.

Responsibilities

• Own the front desk and set the tone for every visit.
• Welcome clients with warmth and energy, making each person feel valued.
• Drive membership and package sales by connecting clients to Glowbar experiences.
• Help with rebooking and scheduling to optimize the studio calendar.
• Handle client communications via phone, email, and text professionally.
• Share skincare knowledge and at-home routines, upselling products where appropriate.
• Track personal sales performance and contribute to improving close rates.
• Keep the studio spotless and client-ready from front desk to back of house.
