The role requires 1+ years in hospitality or sales, a warm professional presence, and weekend availability, with opportunities for earnings through uncapped commissions and a comprehensive Glowbar benefits package.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of hospitality and/or sales experience.
• Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
• Strong customer-service mindset and professional presence.

Responsibilities

• Welcome clients with warmth and energy.
• Drive membership and package sales to meet targets.
• Book reappointments and manage waitlist to optimize schedule.
• Handle client communications by phone, email, and text.
• Share skincare recommendations and upsell appropriate products.
• Track personal sales performance and report metrics.
• Keep the studio clean and organized from front desk to back.
• Provide feedback to management to improve the client experience.
• Act as Glowbar ambassador in behavior and presentation.
