Job summary

Qualifications

• 1+ years of hospitality experience and/or sales experience with a proven track record of superior client service and meeting/exceeding sales goals.
• Genuine passion for people, hospitality, and creating memorable experiences.
• Confidence in sales conversations, comfortable with commission-based earning and meeting targets.
• Demonstrated ability to close sales, handle objections, and convert prospects into loyal members.

Responsibilities

• Own the front desk and set the tone for every visit.
• Welcome clients with warmth and energy to make them feel important.
• Drive membership and package sales with a revenue focus.
• Manage rebooking and waitlist to optimize the schedule and retention.
• Be the voice of the studio across phone, email, and text communications.
