Job summary

Glowbar Inc. is seeking a Studio Guide to own the front desk and drive membership and package sales. You will be the first face clients see, connecting with guests to deliver the Glowbar experience and meet revenue targets.

You will handle client communications across channels, close sales with confidence, and maintain a spotless studio while supporting the skincare journey with product knowledge and recommendations.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of hospitality and/or sales experience with a proven track record of service and meeting sales goals.
• Genuine passion for people, hospitality, and creating memorable experiences.
• Confidence in sales conversations and comfort with commission-based earnings.
• Ability to close sales, handle objections, and convert prospects into recurring members.

Responsibilities

• Welcome clients with warmth and energy and set a welcoming tone at the front desk.
• Drive membership and package sales to meet revenue targets.
• Schedule follow-up appointments and manage the waitlist to optimize the calendar.
• Handle client communication via phone, email, and text professionally.
• Share product knowledge and at-home skincare routines to upsell products.
• Track personal sales performance and use feedback to improve close rates.
• Keep the studio clean and organized from front desk to back of house.
• Communicate observations and solutions to management to improve the guest experience.
