Glowbar, Inc. is seeking a Membership Sales Guide in New York, Union Square. You will own the front desk, greet clients with warmth, and drive membership and package sales while delivering an exceptional Glowbar experience.

In this fast-paced role, you will handle client communications, upsell skincare products, maintain a spotless studio, and contribute to retention and revenue growth through excellent service and professional presence.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of hospitality or sales experience with proven sales goals.
• Genuine passion for people and creating memorable experiences.
• Confident in sales conversations and commission-based earning.
• Ability to close sales and convert prospects into loyal members.

Responsibilities

• You’ll own the front desk and set the tone for every visit.
• Welcome every client with warmth and energy.
• Drive membership and package sales with strong client connections.
• Schedule follow-ups, manage waitlist, and optimize the calendar.
• Handle all client communication via phone, email, and text.
• Share product knowledge and skincare routines to support journeys.
• Track personal sales performance and improve close rates.
• Keep the studio spotless and client-ready from front desk to back.
• Share insights with management to improve experience and performance.
• Be Glowbar ambassador in presentation and education.
