You’ll drive membership and package sales, book follow-up appointments, maintain a pristine studio, and represent the Glowbar brand with warmth, energy, and a commitment to guest satisfaction in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of hospitality and/or sales with proven client service and meeting/exceeding sales goals.
• Passion for people, hospitality, and creating memorable experiences.
• Confident in sales conversations and commission-based earning.
• Ability to close sales and convert prospects to loyal members.
• Warm, professional hospitality mindset.
• Flexible availability, including weekends.
• Full-Time: 5-day open availability; Part-Time: 3-day; Weekend Only options.

Responsibilities

• Welcome every client with warmth and energy, making them feel like the most important guest.
• Drive membership and package sales by connecting clients to the Glowbar experience and results.
• Lock in rebooking and manage waitlists to keep the schedule optimized.
• Be the voice of the studio handling all client communication professionally.
• Share product knowledge and at-home routine suggestions to support skincare journeys.
• Track and report personal sales performance, conversion rates, and membership metrics.
