Glowbar is hiring a Studio Guide to be the heartbeat of the client experience in our Philadelphia studio. You’ll own the front desk, greet guests warmly, drive membership and package sales, and book follow-up appointments to boost retention.

Qualificações

• 1+ years of hospitality or sales experience with a track record of client service.
• Comfort with commission-based earning and meeting membership targets.
• Ability to close sales, handle objections, and upsell products.
• Flexible availability including weekends to meet client demand.

Responsabilidades

• Own the front desk and set the tone for every visit.
• Welcome clients, drive membership and package sales, and manage rebooking.
• Handle calls, emails, and texts with a professional, caring approach.
• Share product knowledge and at-home skincare routines to support journeys.
• Report on personal sales metrics and optimize close rates.
• Keep the studio clean, organized, and client-ready.
• Communicate observations to management to improve the experience.
