Glowbar Inc is seeking a Studio Guide to be the heartbeat of the Glowbar experience. You will warmly welcome clients, drive memberships and packages, and secure follow-up appointments while maintaining a pristine studio environment.

The role requires strong hospitality and sales abilities, a customer-focused mindset, and flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays. Commission-based earnings and a vibrant, fast-paced setting await.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of hospitality or sales experience with a proven track record.
• Genuine passion for people and service.
• Ability to meet sales targets.
• Strong communication and professional presence.
• Flexible availability, including weekends.
• Full-Time: 5-day open availability; Part-Time: 3-day; Weekend Only options.

Responsibilities

• Welcome every client with warmth and energy.
• Drive membership and package sales with the Glowbar experience.
• Lock in rebooking and manage the waitlist for retention.
• Be the voice of the studio via phone, email, and text.
• Share product knowledge and at-home routine suggestions.
• Track and report on personal sales performance and metrics.
• Keep the studio spotless, organized, and client-ready.
• Share observations with management to improve experience.
