Glowbar Inc. on the Upper East Side is seeking a Membership Sales Guide to welcome clients, drive membership and package sales, and ensure a seamless, high-energy Glowbar experience.

You’ll rebook clients, manage waitlists, and maintain an organized, spotless studio while educating guests on routines and products. The role emphasizes a hospitality-first approach, strong communication, weekend availability, and the ability to meet sales targets in a fast-paced beauty environment.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of hospitality and/or sales experience with a proven track record of superior client service and meeting/exceeding sales goals.
• Genuine passion for people, hospitality, and creating memorable experiences.
• Confidence in sales conversations and comfort with commission-based earning.

Responsibilities

• Welcome every client with warmth and energy to make them feel like the most important guest.
• Drive membership and package sales by connecting clients to the Glowbar experience and results.
• Lock in rebooking and manage the waitlist to optimize the schedule and retention.
• Be the voice of the studio, handling client communication via phone, email, and text.
• Share product knowledge and routines to support skincare journeys and upsell retail products.
• Track and report personal sales performance, conversion rates, and membership metrics.
