Qualifications

• 1+ years of hospitality and/or sales experience.
• Proven track record of superior client service and meeting/exceeding sales goals.
• Comfort with commission-based earnings and a strong drive to meet targets.
• Excellent communication and a warm, professional presence.
• Flexible availability, including weekends.

Responsibilities

• Welcome clients with warmth and energy, making them feel valued.
• Drive membership and package sales through Glowbar experiences.
• Book follow-up appointments and manage waitlists to optimize schedule.
• Handle client communications via phone, email, and text.
• Share skincare knowledge and product recommendations to support journeys.
• Track personal sales metrics and seek ways to improve close rates.
• Maintain a spotless, organized studio.
• Share observations with management to enhance the client experience.
• Represent Glowbar with ambassador-level professionalism.
