Glowbar Inc. in Potomac, MD is hiring a Studio Guide who will be the heartbeat of the Glowbar experience. You’ll own the front desk, welcome clients warmly, drive membership and package sales, and manage bookings to keep the schedule seamless.

We seek a hospitality-driven individual with a proven sales record, strong communication, and a genuine passion for skincare. This is a fast-paced, target-driven role with opportunities for advancement and active employee benefits.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of hospitality and/or sales experience with a proven track record of superior client service and meeting/exceeding sales goals.
• Demonstrated ability to close sales, handle objections, and convert prospects into loyal members.
• Genuine passion for people, hospitality, and creating memorable experiences.

Responsibilities

• Own the front desk and set the tone for every visit; greet clients with warmth and energy.
• Drive membership and package sales by connecting clients to the Glowbar experience.
• Manage rebooking, appointments, and waitlist to optimize the schedule.
• Handle all client communication via phone, email, and text with professionalism.
• Share product knowledge and at-home routine suggestions to support skincare journeys.
