ADP, Inc. is seeking an Upmarket Account Executive to drive new business growth within a defined geography targeting organizations with 25-49 employees. You’ll guide clients through payroll, HR, benefits, and workforce solutions with ADP’s HCM platform.

You will prospect daily, build relationships with business owners and decision-makers, and manage the complete sales cycle to help growing businesses leverage technology for workforce success.

• Two or more years of quota-carrying business-to-business sales experience or business development.

Responsabilidades

• Close sales, win new business, and achieve sales goals across your geographic territory.
• Manage the full sales cycle—from prospecting to proposal, negotiation and close.
• Implement a sales strategy targeted to decision-makers and business owners to build a network and capture new business.
• Utilize multi-channel prospecting techniques (networking, referrals, social selling, partnerships) to engage decision-makers.
• Grow existing accounts, selling cloud-based HCM solutions and services.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to clients and internal partners within ADP.
