ADP is hiring an Upmarket Account Executive (25-49 Employee Market) to drive new business growth in a defined geography. You will build relationships with business owners and decision-makers to address payroll, HR, benefits, compliance, and workforce management using ADP's HCM solutions.

Daily you will prospect for new business, manage the full sales cycle, and leverage modern digital tools to inform decisions and drive results.

Responsibilities

• Close sales and manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to close.
• Build relationships with business owners and decision-makers to address payroll, HR, benefits, compliance, and workforce management needs.
• Use multi-channel prospecting (networking, referrals, social selling, partnerships) to engage decision-makers and secure opportunities.
• Serve as trusted advisor to clients and cross-sell within existing accounts.
• Collaborate with internal teams and leverage ADP tools to maximize success and earnings potential.
