Job summary

ADP is hiring an Upmarket Account Executive (25-49 Employee Market) to drive new business growth within a defined geography. You’ll build relationships with business owners and decision-makers, addressing payroll, HR, benefits, compliance, and workforce management using ADP's HCM solutions.

You will prospect daily, nurture opportunities, leverage partnerships, and manage the full sales cycle from discovery to close.

Qualifications

• Two or more years of quota-carrying B2B sales experience.
• Proven New Business Hunter.
• Consultative selling approach and effective discovery.
• Ability to leverage modern digital tools and AI.

Responsibilities

• Drive new business growth within a defined geographic territory targeting organizations with 25-49 employees.
• Build relationships with business owners and decision-makers to address payroll, HR, benefits, and workforce management challenges.
• Manage full sales cycle from prospecting to close and guide organizations through buying decisions.
• Leverage multi-channel prospecting techniques and partner networks to generate qualified opportunities.
• Grow ADP’s cloud-based HCM solutions within existing accounts and new logos.
