Job summary

ADP, Inc. is seeking an Upmarket Account Executive to drive new business growth in the 25-49 employee market.

You’ll prospect, qualify, and close opportunities within a defined territory while addressing payroll, HR, benefits, and workforce management needs using ADP’s HCM solutions. In this role you will manage the full sales cycle, build trusted advisor relationships with business owners, and leverage ADP’s training and technology to maximize results.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of quota-carrying B2B sales or business development experience.
• Proven ability to hunt new business.
• Consultative sales approach with strong closing skills.
