ADP is hiring an Upmarket Account Executive in the United States (25-49 employees) to drive new business growth within a defined territory. You will build relationships with business owners and decision-makers while helping them address payroll, HR, benefits, compliance, and workforce management through ADP's HCM solutions.

Daily, you will prospect for new business, nurture relationships, and guide organizations through the buying process, managing the full sales cycle from discovery to close.

Qualifications

• Two+ years of quota-carrying B2B sales or business development experience.
• Proven ability to hunt new business and close deals.
• Experience in consultative selling and building relationships with decision-makers.
• Self-motivated, adaptable, and eager to learn new technologies.

Responsibilities

• Close sales and achieve goals within assigned geography.
• Manage entire sales cycle from prospecting to close.
• Develop a network of partnerships and opportunities via multi-channel prospecting.
• Expand business within existing accounts and cross-sell ADP solutions.
• Act as trusted advisor and uphold high ethical standards while collaborating with teams.
