Job summary

Salesforce is seeking a Contract University Recruiter to join the Futureforce team. You will own full-cycle recruiting to support our efforts recruiting Emerging Talent, serving as a strategic partner to senior leaders and a bridge between Talent Attraction and the business.

This 6-month contract role will be based in a hub office with in-office presence required at least 3 days/week, and visa sponsorship is inapplicable in some cases.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience with a focus on early career/university hiring.
• Proven ability to build strong relationships with senior executives, candidates, and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Experience managing high-volume pipelines and using conversion metrics and KPIs to inform hiring decisions and quarterly targets.
• Hands-on experience using AI productivity tools in a professional recruiting context to optimize workflows.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for early career candidates, ensuring strong role fit and a solid candidate experience.
• Partner with SVP/VP-level stakeholders to shape early career hiring strategies and build organization-level talent pipelines.
• Develop relationships with career centers, faculty, and student organizations; execute on-campus and virtual events.
• Share market insights and contribute to enablement content for candidates, new hires, and hiring teams.
