Job summary

Salesforce is seeking a Contract University Recruiter to own full-cycle recruitment for emerging talent within the Futureforce team. You will partner with senior leaders and drive early career strategies, building pipelines and delivering an exceptional candidate experience.

In this six-month contract role, you will manage high-volume campus recruiting, coordinate visa workflows where applicable, and engage with university partners, career centers, and events to attract top talent.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience with a focus on early career/university hiring.
• Proven ability to build strong relationships with senior executives, candidates, and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Experience managing high-volume pipelines and using KPIs to inform hiring decisions.
• Hands-on experience using AI productivity tools in recruiting.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for early career candidates, including visa sponsorship workflows where applicable.
• Partner with SVP/VP-level stakeholders to shape early career hiring strategies and build talent pipelines.
• Develop relationships with universities, career centers, and student organizations, and run on-campus/virtual events.
• Share market insights and enablement content for candidates, new hires, and hiring teams.
