Qualifications

• 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience focused on early career.
• Ability to build relationships with executives, candidates, and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Experience managing high-volume pipelines with KPIs to inform hiring decisions.
• Hands-on experience using AI productivity tools in a professional recruiting context.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for early career candidates and visa sponsorship workflows where applicable.
• Partner with SVP/VP-level stakeholders to shape early career hiring strategies and pipelines.
• Build relationships with career centers, faculty, and student organizations and execute on-campus and virtual events.
• Share market insights and enablement content for candidates, new hires, and hiring teams.
