Job summary

Salesforce is seeking a Contract University Recruiter to join the Futureforce team. You will own full-cycle recruiting for emerging talent, partnering with senior leaders to define profiles and build pipelines while delivering a scalable candidate experience.

This 6-month contract role requires in-office presence at least 3 days/week in a hub office. Visa sponsorship is not available for this position.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, focused on early career hiring.
• Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships with executives and candidates.
• Experience managing high-volume pipelines with KPIs and targets.
• Hands-on use of AI productivity tools to optimize workflows.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end recruiting for early career candidates, including visa workflows where applicable.
• Collaborate with senior stakeholders to shape hiring strategies and pipelines.
• Develop university partnerships and run on-campus/virtual events.
• Share market insights and enablement content for teams and candidates.
