Job summary

Salesforce is seeking a Contract Talent Attraction Partner to lead the candidate journey from initial engagement to a strong internship/new graduate pipeline. You will partner with Futureforce Talent Delivery, attract diverse talent across channels, and manage campus partnerships while leveraging AI to scale recruitment.

This 6-month contract role requires in-office presence at least 3 days per week and does not sponsor visas.

Qualifications

Experience sourcing and recruiting talent in the university/early talent landscape.
Ability to build and manage university partnerships with career services and student orgs.
Strong project management and data analysis skills to optimize sourcing and report pipeline health.
Excellent communication skills, able to work independently and with global teams.

Responsibilities

Attract and engage candidates across channels and deliver qualified talent to Recruiting partners.
Build and maintain university partnerships and coordinate events to raise Salesforce presence on campus.
Cultivate relationships with candidates for immediate and future opportunities; nurture talent pools in CRM.
Leverage AI tools to drive efficiency and provide market insights to the Futureforce team.
