Salesforce is seeking a Contract Talent Attraction Partner to own the candidate journey from engagement to pipeline delivery for internships and new grads. You will partner with Futureforce Talent Delivery and manage campus relationships, events, and candidate nurturing across channels.

The role emphasizes leveraging AI tools, handling multiple priorities, and collaborating with global teams in a fast-paced environment. This is a 6-month contract requiring in-office presence 3 days per week.

Qualifications

• Experience sourcing and recruiting talent in university or early talent programs.
• Ability to build university partnerships with career centers and student groups.
• Strong project Mgmt and data analysis to optimize pipelines and report metrics.
• Excellent communication for global, cross-regional teams.

Responsibilities

• Attract and engage candidates across channels and deliver qualified talent to Recruiting partners.
• Build uni partnerships, coordinate campus events, and maintain employer presence on campus.
• Cultivate relationships for immediate and future opportunities; nurture talent pool in CRM.
• Leverage AI tools to drive efficiency and share market insights with Futureforce team.
