Job summary

Salesforce is seeking a Contract University Recruiter to own full-cycle recruiting for Emerging Talent within the Futureforce team. You will partner with senior leaders and bridge Talent Attraction and the business to optimize the recruitment lifecycle and deliver an exceptional candidate experience.

This is a 6-month contract in a hub office, with in-office presence required at least 3 days per week. Visa sponsorship is not available for this role.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience focusing on early career/University hiring.
• Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships with senior executives, candidates, and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Experience managing high-volume pipelines and using conversion metrics and KPIs to inform hiring decisions.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for early career candidates, ensuring strong matches and a positive candidate experience.
• Partner with SVP/VP-level stakeholders to shape early career hiring strategies and develop pipelines.
• Build relationships with career centers, faculty, student orgs, and run on-campus and virtual events to drive awareness.
• Share market insights and enable the broader Futureforce team with training content for candidates and hiring teams.
