Salesforce is seeking a Contract University Recruiter to own full-cycle recruiting for Emerging Talent. You will partner with senior leaders and bridge Talent Attraction with the business, delivering scalable processes and an exceptional candidate experience.

The role involves building university pipelines, managing high-volume hiring, and leveraging AI tools to optimize recruitment workflows. This six-month contract requires in-office presence at least three days per week in the hub office.

Formación

• 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience with a focus on early career/university hiring.
• Ability to partner with senior leaders and cross-functional stakeholders to align strategies.
• Experience managing high-volume pipelines and using KPIs to inform decisions.
• Hands-on experience using AI productivity tools in recruiting.

Responsabilidades

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for early career candidates, ensuring strong fit and smooth offers including visa where applicable.
• Partner with SVP/VP-level stakeholders to shape early career hiring strategies and develop pipelines.
• Build relationships with career centers, faculties, and student orgs; run on-campus and virtual events to drive awareness.
• Share market insights and support enablement content for candidates, new hires, and hiring teams.
