Salesforce is seeking a Contract University Recruiter to own full-cycle recruiting for Emerging Talent within the Futureforce team. You will partner with senior leaders and bridge Talent Attraction and the business to scale the candidate experience.

This 6-month contract role requires in-office presence at least 3 days per week. Visa sponsorship is not available, and you will collaborate with universities, run events, and optimize recruitment processes for growth.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience with emphasis on early career/university hiring.
• Ability to partner with senior leaders and align hiring strategies.
• Experience using metrics and KPIs to drive hiring decisions and targets.

Responsabilités

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for early career candidates - coaching, matching, and engaging candidates throughout the hiring journey, including offers and visa sponsorship workflows (where applicable)
• Partner with SVP/VP-level stakeholders to shape early career hiring strategies and build pipelines, serving as a policy and process expert
• Build relationships with career centers, faculties, and student organizations; run on-campus and virtual events to drive awareness and pipeline
• Share market insights and enablement content for candidates, new hires, and hiring teams
