Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary operational liaison for assigned university partners, building trust-based relationships and aligning on goals and timelines.
• Lead the execution of operational plans to support successful program launches and ongoing delivery across the student lifecycle.
• Collaborate with enrollment, marketing, technology, and other teams to align on partner needs and ensure high-quality execution.
• Identify and resolve operational challenges proactively, taking a solutions-oriented approach.
• Drive operational excellence by implementing best practices and improving processes to increase efficiency and student/partner satisfaction.
• Lead change management with partners, communicating improvements and guiding adoption across systems and workflows.
• Analyze partner data and trends to identify root causes and inform decisions for program growth and student success.
• Ensure accurate data integration, reporting, and documentation to provide visibility into performance.
