Risepoint is seeking a Senior Director of MarTech Product Management to own two outcomes: maximize student and partner outcomes across the journey and create a faster, lower-cost marketing operation across a multi-brand, multi-tenant ecosystem.

You will lead a team of product managers, partner with Marketing, Data and Engineering, and instill a product mindset across the team to drive measurable results and scalable growth.

Qualifications

• Must have 8+ years of product management experience in a startup, high-growth or fast-moving environment.
• Broad, hands-on expertise across digital marketing including paid media, SEO/AEO, lifecycle and CRM marketing.
• Track record of improving conversion and funnel performance through product and platform work.

Responsabilités

• Set the product vision, strategy and multi-quarter roadmap for the MarTech portfolio.
• Lead and coach a team of product managers measured on outcomes, not output.
• Own the DXP/CMS migration and platform modernization initiatives across partner websites.
