Job summary

Strategic Education, Inc. is seeking a Sr. Manager, Partner Operations to unify and lead three critical teams—Implementation, Platform Operations, and Solutions Consulting—and to drive client value realization across the lifecycle.

The role includes building and maintaining SOPs, KPIs, and SLAs, partnering with HR on hiring, and ensuring consistent, scalable operations that support Growth without unnecessary headcount.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree a plus.
• 8+ years of relevant operations and leadership experience.
• Experience in a SaaS, edtech, or benefits administration environment.
• Ability to lead multiple teams and manage change.

Responsibilities

• Lead three teams—Implementation, Platform Operations, Solutions Consulting—with clear goals, operating rhythms, and coaching.
• Own end-to-end onboarding of employer clients to the Workforce Edge platform from contract to go-live.
• Define and monitor SOPs, KPIs, and SLAs with cross-functional partners.
