Jobgether is seeking a Partner Operations Manager in the United States to oversee university partnerships, ensuring smooth program delivery and an outstanding student experience. You will coordinate across enrollment, marketing, technology, and other teams to drive scalable operations and continuous improvement.

The role requires building trusted partner relationships, leveraging data to optimize processes, and leading change management initiatives while supporting adoption of new systems.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in operations, account management, project or program management.
• Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and complex workflows.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to translate data into improvements.
• Ability to build trusted external partnerships and collaborate cross-functionally.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; manage stakeholder expectations.
• Willingness to travel up to 25%.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary operational contact for assigned university partners, building relationships and aligning objectives.
• Coordinate and execute operational plans for program launches and ongoing delivery.
• Collaborate with enrollment, marketing, technology and other teams to deliver high-quality execution.
• Identify and resolve operational issues, escalating when needed.
• Drive operational excellence by optimizing workflows and reducing inefficiencies.
• Lead change management and support adoption of new systems.
• Analyze data and trends to inform decisions and improve student success.
• Document processes and partner communications for transparency.
• Monitor timelines, enrollment performance, and student retention for continuous improvement.
