Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Two years teller or cash handling or client service experience
• Six months of client relationship building or sales experience
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to master PC keyboard and software for branch automation
• Ability to multi-task under time constraints
• Proficiency in basic computer applications (Microsoft Office)
• Ability to travel for temporary staffing or locale changes
• Ability to work weekends and/or extended hours with possible travel/overnights

Responsibilities

• Provide a distinctive client experience and handle complex transactions with assistance as needed
• Educate clients on digital self-service solutions (ATMs, Online, Mobile banking)
• Support sales through outbound calls and identify client needs or opportunities
• Understand Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) to deliver Truist expertise
• Participate in Retail Community Bank Leadership routines
• Advance knowledge of products and attend training sessions
• Adhere to internal controls, procedures, and risk management policies
• Serve as secondary contact for new account openings and issue resolution
