Job summary

Truist is hiring a Regular full-time teller to deliver high-quality client service across routine and complex transactions. You will educate clients on digital banking, participate in outbound outreach, and support Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) activities.

Role requires a high school diploma, 2 years teller or cash handling experience, and strong interpersonal skills. Weekend and extended hours may be required, with occasional travel to support staffing needs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Two years of teller or cash handling experience.
• Six months of client relationship or sales experience.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task and use PC software.
• Willingness to travel for staffing needs and shifts.

Responsibilities

• Provide a distinctive client experience and handle transactions with accuracy.
• Educate clients on digital self-service options and banking tools.
• Assist with outbound client outreach and IRM activities.
• Understand and apply Integrated Relationship Management (IRM).
• Participate in branch routines and training programs.
• Maintain compliance with internal controls and policies.
• Serve as secondary contact for new accounts and issue resolution.
