Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent education.
• Two years teller or cash handling or client service experience.
• Six months of client relationship-building or sales experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to master PC keyboard and software for branch automation.
• Ability to multi-task under time constraints.
• Travel to accommodate temporary staffing needs as required.
• Ability to work weekends and/or extended hours with occasional travel.

Responsibilities

• Provide a distinctive client experience to ensure a consistent service level during transactions.
• Educate clients on digital, self-service solutions including ATMs and Online/Mobile banking.
• Support sales by outbound client outreach and identifying opportunities.
• Understand Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) to deliver Truist solutions.
• Participate in Retail Community Bank Leadership routines.
• Advance knowledge through training and product learning.
• Adhere to internal controls and risk management policies and stay current on guidelines.
• Serve as secondary contact for new accounts and issue resolution.
