Job summary

Truist in the United States seeks a capable teller/client service representative to deliver a high-quality client experience and accurate handling of all monies. You will engage with clients, explain digital solutions, and support outbound outreach and referrals to branches.

The role requires strong interpersonal skills, HS diploma, and the ability to work weekends or extended hours with occasional travel. Training and benefits are provided by Truist.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or equivalent required.
• Two years teller or cash handling or client service experience.
• Six months of client relationship building or sales experience.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to travel for temporary staffing needs.
• Ability to work weekends and/or extended hours.

Responsibilities

• Provide a distinctive client experience with a consistent service level.
• Educate clients on digital/self-service solutions (ATMs, Online/Mobile banking).
• Support sales via outbound client outreach and referrals to branch teams.
• Understand Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) to deliver Truist solutions.
• Participate in Retail Community Bank Leadership routines.
• Attend training and product knowledge sessions to advance knowledge.
• Adhere to controls and risk management policies; stay updated on guidelines.
• Serve as secondary contact for new account openings and resolutions.
