Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent education.
• Two years teller/cash handling or client service experience.
• Six months client relationship or sales experience.
• Proficient in basic computer applications and branch automation.

Responsibilities

• Provide a distinctive client experience with courteous conversations and accurate transactions.
• Educate clients on digital banking options to enhance service experience.
• Support sales by outbound outreach and identifying client needs.
• Understand Integrated Relationship Management to deliver Truist solutions.
• Participate in Retail Community Bank Leadership routines and training.
• Maintain knowledge of policies and risk management; ensure compliance.
• Serve as secondary contact for new accounts and issue resolution.
• Handle workload based on branch demands; may involve travel as needed.
