Job summary

Truist Financial Corporation is seeking staff to provide timely client service, conduct transactions, and guide clients through self-service banking solutions. The role includes outbound outreach, identifying client needs, and supporting IRM initiatives.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma, 2 years teller or customer service experience, and strong communication skills. Weekend/hours flexibility and potential travel may be required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent education.
• Two years of teller or cash handling or client service experience.
• Six months of client relationship building or sales experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, including a desire to interact with clients and prospects.
• Ability to multi-task under time constraints.

Responsibilities

• Provide a distinctive client experience by engaging clients and handling transactions.
• Educate clients on digital, self-service solutions including ATMs, Online and Mobile banking.
• Support team sales by outbound client outreach and identifying needs.
• Understand Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) to deliver Truist expertise.
• Participate in Retail Leadership routines and training sessions.
• Adhere to internal controls and risk management policies.
• Serve as secondary contact for new account openings and problem resolution.
