Job summary

Truist in Germantown, TN, seeks a Regular full-time teller/client service associate to provide timely, accurate transactions and superior service while understanding clients' financial needs.

You will be cross-trained to support sales and service activities, with outbound calling and involvement in Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) initiatives to benefit clients and branch metrics.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Two years teller/cash handling or client service experience.
• Six months client relationship building or sales experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to travel to accommodate temporary staffing needs.
• Ability to work weekends and/or extended hours with occasional travel and overnights may be included.

Responsibilities

• Provide a distinctive client experience to ensure a consistent service level by engaging clients with smiling and courteous conversation, handling transactions.
• Educate clients on digital self-service solutions including ATMs, Online and Mobile banking.
• Support team sales by outbound calls, checking offers, and identifying client needs or opportunities.
• Understand Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) to deliver Truist expertise for clients.
• Participate in Truist Retail Community Bank Leadership routines and training.
