Job summary

Truist is seeking a customer-oriented teammate for regular full-time hours in the Germantown area. You will service clients in person and by phone, support sales with deposits, loans, and other financial products, and work with internal partners to expand relationships.

The role includes crossover teller duties as needed. The ideal candidate has strong communication skills, adheres to policy, and can manage multiple tasks while providing exceptional service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent education.
• 2 years of client sales and service experience.
• Experience sourcing and prospecting for new clients and building relationships.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Handle teller transactions and maintain client relationships.
• Support sales targets by offering banking products.
• Refer complex needs to internal specialists.
