Job summary

You will guide clients through digital banking options, assist with outbound outreach, and support Integrated Relationship Management to tailor solutions.

The role requires a high school diploma, 2 years cash handling or client service experience, 6 months sales or relationship building, and flexibility for weekend or extended hours.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Two years teller or cash handling or client service experience.
• Six months of client relationship building or sales experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and use PC/software for branch automation.
• Travel required and weekend/extended hours may be required.

Responsibilities

• Provide a distinctive client experience with accurate handling of transactions.
• Educate clients on digital banking options.
• Support sales through outbound outreach and cross-selling.
• Understand Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) and apply it to client needs.
• Participate in leadership routines and training.
• Maintain internal controls and compliance with policies.
• Serve as secondary contact for new accounts and issue resolution.
