Job summary

Truist in Goodlettsville, TN seeks a Regular Teller/Customer Service associate to provide timely client service and accurate cash handling. You will educate clients on digital banking and support outbound outreach as part of Integrated Relationship Management.

The role emphasizes cross-training, adherence to controls, and delivering a distinctive client experience while meeting branch goals. Weekend hours and travel as needed may be required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent education.
• Two years of teller or cash handling or client service experience.
• Six months of client relationship building or sales experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task under time constraints.
• Proficiency in basic computer applications (Microsoft Office).
• Ability to travel for temporary staffing and occasional travel/overnights.
• Weekend and/or extended hours as required.

Responsibilities

• Provide a distinctive client experience with attentive service and accurate transactions.
• Educate clients on digital banking options (ATMs, Online/Mobile).
• Participate in client outreach and identify needs or opportunities through outbound calls.
• Support Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) to deliver Truist solutions.
• Engage in branch leadership routines and ongoing product knowledge training.
• Adhere to internal controls and risk management policies, staying compliant.
• Serve as a secondary contact for new accounts and issue resolution.
