Qualifications

• Two years of teller, cash handling or client service experience.
• Six months of client relationship building or sales experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with clients and prospects.
• Ability to master PC keyboard and software for branch operations.
• Ability to multi-task under time constraints.
• Proficiency in basic computer applications such as Microsoft Office.
• Willingness to travel for temporary staffing needs and occasional shifts.
• Ability to work weekends and extended hours with potential travel and overnights.

Responsibilities

• Provide a distinctive client experience with courteous conversations and thorough, accurate transactions.
• Educate clients on digital self-service tools to simplify banking.
• Support sales through outbound calls and identifying client needs or opportunities.
• Understand Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) to deliver Truist expertise.
• Participate in Retail Community Bank Leadership routines and training.
• Advance product knowledge and participate in meetings and training.
• Adhere to internal controls and risk management policies.
• Serve as secondary contact for new accounts and problem resolution.
