Job summary

Truist is seeking a Universal Banker in Virginia to deliver timely client service and accurate transactions while supporting outbound calls and Integrated Relationship Management initiatives.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Two years teller, cash handling or client service experience.
• Six months client relationship building or sales experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• PC keyboard and branch automation software skills.
• Ability to multi-task under time constraints.
• Travel to accommodate temporary staffing needs and weekends/overnights.

Responsibilities

• Provide distinctive client experience and handle transactions, complex or standard.
• Educate clients on digital self-service solutions (ATMs, Online/Mobile).
• Support team sales via outbound calls and identifying client needs.
• Understand Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) and deliver Truist expertise.
• Participate in Retail Community Bank Leadership routines.
• Attend training to advance product knowledge and learn processes.
• Adhere to internal controls and risk management policies.
• Serve as secondary contact for new accounts and issue resolution.
