Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent education.
• Two years of teller, cash handling or client service experience.
• Six months of client relationship building or sales experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to travel and work weekends/extended hours as required.

Responsibilities

• Provide a distinctive client experience with courteous conversation and accurate transactions.
• Educate clients on digital banking self-service options including ATMs, Online and Mobile banking.
• Support sales by outbound client outreach and identifying opportunities.
• Understand Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) concepts.
• Participate in leadership routines and team activities.
• Adhere to internal controls and risk management policies.
• Serve as secondary contact for new account openings and issue resolution.
