Job summary

Truist in the United States is seeking a Universal Banker to deliver exceptional client service, process transactions accurately, and help clients meet their financial needs. You’ll also engage in outbound outreach and support Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) with branch teams.

The role requires a high school diploma, 2 years teller or client service experience, and flexibility to work weekends or extended hours. Training and benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent education required.
• Two years teller, cash handling, or client service experience.
• Six months of client relationship building or sales experience.
• Ability to travel to accommodate staffing needs.
• Ability to work weekends or extended hours.
• Proficiency with PC and basic software applications.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office suite.

Responsibilities

• Provide a distinctive client experience and handle transactions.
• Educate clients on digital and self-service banking options.
• Support sales through outbound calls and referrals.
• Understand Integrated Relationship Management (IRM).
• Participate in Retail Community Bank Leadership routines.
• Attend training to improve product knowledge.
• Adhere to internal controls and risk management policies.
• Serve as secondary contact for new accounts and issue resolution.
